This Payment Policy outlines the terms for processing payments on the Gorice App. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), digital wallets (e.g., Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm), and other methods shown at checkout.
- Payments are securely processed through third-party processors. We do not store your card or payment details directly.
2. Payment Processing
- Payments are charged at the time of order confirmation.
- All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- You are responsible for any additional fees such as bank charges or currency conversion.
3. Failed or Declined Payments
- If a payment fails, you will be notified to provide another payment method.
- Orders are not processed or delivered until payment is successful.
- Repeated failed payments may result in account suspension.
4. Taxes and Fees
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
- If we are required to collect taxes, these will be added at checkout.
5. Subscription or Recurring Payments
- If you subscribe to recurring services, you’ll be billed at agreed intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly).
- Subscriptions can be cancelled via App settings or by emailing Goricefirst@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Any price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
- If a charge appears incorrect, contact us within 7 days at Goricefirst@gmail.com.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. Compliance with App Store Policies
- Payments for digital services/features within the app are processed via Google Play’s billing system in accordance with Google Play’s Payments Policy.
