These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Ricebazaar mobile app and services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App :
- Customers must be 18 years or older to register and place orders.
- All information provided (name, address, contact, payment details) must be accurate and complete.
- Ricebazaar reserves the right to suspend or block accounts that misuse the app or provide false details.
2. Orders & Acceptance :
- All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
- After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation via the app/SMS.
- Ricebazaar reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or operational limitations.
3. Pricing & Payments :
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment options: Online (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) if available.
- For COD, customers must pay the exact amount at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery :
- Orders within Hyderabad are usually delivered within 24 hours from the time of ordering and subjected to availability.
- Bulk or outstation orders may take longer.
- Delivery charges may apply based on the order value and location (see Shipping Policy).
- Customers must be available to receive the order at the given address.
5. Cancellations & Returns :
- Orders can be canceled through the app before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
- Returns are only accepted in cases of damage, under weight & quality issues within three days after delivery.
- Damaged product at the time of delivery.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Customer Responsibilities :
- Provide correct delivery details to avoid failed deliveries.
- Inspect the product at the time of delivery and report issues immediately.
- Use the products only for personal consumption (not for resale without authorization).
7. Limitation of Liability :
Ricebazaar will not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by unforeseen events (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.)
- Damages caused after successful delivery
- Misuse of products by the customer
8. Account & Security :
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any misuse of the account must be reported immediately.
- Ricebazaar is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access caused by customer negligence.
9. Privacy :
- Customer data will be collected and used as per our Privacy Policy.
- By using the app, you consent to data usage for order processing, delivery, and support services.
10. Updates to Terms :
- Ricebazaar may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Customers will be notified via the app for any major changes.
